The description of this achievement should be clear enough. However, actually meeting those requirements is a bit more complicated.
When I started my achievement-winning game, all I could do was pick destination tickets in the region of England. As the achievement does not allow you to build there, I decided to pick the ones with the least amount of points on them and I knew it would be a deduction at the end of the game. Take note that this is not something that you are meant to do! The game unlocking this achievement for me was my first game on the UK map so I had no idea how this DLC worked.
Instead, make sure to start your game with as much as possible destination tickets in Ireland and/or Scotland and do not hesitate to restart the game if you don't feel comfortable playing with the ones you can choose from.
Before placing any trains, purchase these technology cards to be able to place your trains on 1 and 2-piece tracks in Scotland and Ireland:
- Scotland Concessions (allowing you claim routes in Scotland, cost: 1 locomotive)
- Ireland / France Concessions (allowing you to claim routes in Ireland and France, cost: 1 locomotive)
Remember that you can replace each locomotive need for purchasing a technology card with 4 random other traincards.
