Go to settings at the main menu, and go into gameplay settings. I turned caddie mode to "off" and that put my difficulty to "custom" Then I played a round at St. Andrews, since caddie mode is pretty much irrelevant there.

all i did was change one setting, caddie mode worked for me, but any one should set your difficulty to "custom" theres green grids, etc to choose from. I chose St Andrews just becasue you dont really need any help on that course. Hope this helps

In my case. I just change the swing meter to hard and the difficulty level change by himself to custom, then I played StAndrews and get the achievement at the end of the round.

Go into the Gameplay Settings from the main menu and turn one of the options off. The easiest would be to select Amateur settings and then scroll down the Ball Spin and disable it. You will notice that the Difficulty level now reads "Custom". Now simply play a full round and the achievement will pop after completing the 18th hole. This can be achieved in conjunction with From the Ladies Tees.

This is an easy trophy. Go to the Game Settings menu. To change the difficulty to Custom, you have to alter a setting or two. If say it’s on amateur, simply set the spin setting to off. You will see Custom appear in the difficulty box. Save and exit.

Now all you have to do is go and play an 18 Hole round. Once you finish, this trophy is yours.
