Whilst you can win this naturally through the PGA Tour progression, if you want to get it sooner, you can do this via Quick Play - then Quick Tournaments.
Select Open Championship, and for the scenario, choose solo leader. This way, you start as leader after 3 rounds, with only 1 round to play.
I chose to play at St Andrews, off the red tees, and with calm wind, as it makes the course very basic with no wind. Just play 18 holes, and win and the acheivement will unlock.
This same strategy can also be employed to unlock the US Open, US PGA and Masters as well.
