Ok, so you will unlock this acheviement in "Legends of the Majors" when you beat Tiger Woods in the 2001 matchplay event.
For any hardcore Tiger veteran, they seem to have massively dumbed down Tiger, compared with some of the earlier series. I remember back in 2008-09, Sunday Tiger would shoot about -15, so it would be really tough! For this acheivement, unless i just got lucky, Tiger is average at best, as after 10 holes he was -1, and missed almost every green in regulation. The wind is light, so as long as you play your normal game, take it steady, I would imagine -3/-4 should be good enough to beat him.
Also, playing this earlier in your career is not a problem - I was only level 15, and my stats were temporarily boosted to try and make the event fair, so you dont have to be a level 50 golfer before you attempt this. Good luck!
