Act 1: Garage
Head up to the top right of the area, eventually using the pulley to move up and swing across and land to the right next to a red fire extinguisher.
Behind the fire extinguisher there is a white duct that leads up and to the right behind a box with a soccer ball. When you emerge from the duct, a wrench is on the ground. Inspect the wrench and rotate it to see a symbol on the back.
