for the recipe) and drink it to gain the perk permanently. With it active, you can extend your tongue to not only pick up items off the ground but also catch items that you throw. This is most likely unlock naturally as you go for Yeet! , since you'll have many opportunities to get this (1000 opportunities to be exact). Hold
