How to unlock the Sailor Swift achievement in Time on Frog Island - Definitive Guide

I’ve read a few good guides for this achievement that require different potions, but they aren’t essential to complete it. This achievement can also be done quite easily with just a bee hive and the mushroom (the one on the ledge).
So to set up the attempt, just below the finish line, use a mushroom to create a large mushroom which bounces you up to the finish line. Then grab a bee hive from the main island and this will allow you to run quick enough between the checkpoints. Simply run from the starting line to the mushroom just below the finish line, bounce up and you should do it with a bit of time to spare.

The hidden time trial start is located on the south of the eastern island and ends on the top of the snowy mountain just north of the town. Before even trying the time trial you need to unlock the door on the mountain which is done with the purple crystal found on a hill north on the eastern island. I would also recommending brewing two drinks as it will make it much easier.
Jump ability: any fruit + mushroom
Tounge ability: any fruit + dodo egg
Dodo eggs are found on the northern part of the western island which can be accessed via a bridge after helping the carpenter frog. With the jump ability you are able to jump much longer by holding
and then releasing. With the tounge ability you are able to take a shortcut near the base of the mountain where ropes hang from cliffs. If you plant a mushroom at the base of this part, jump and then press 
you'll be thrown upwards and makes the whole time trial much easier.
Also brewing a speed potion might help you to get a faster start but I didn't need one getting this. Good luck!

This can be done at any time before or after you complete the game so long as you have the Western Island open.
On the Western side of the Western Island will be a small Mountain with a green starting line for the time trial:
There are only two checkpoints for this time trial, the start, and the finish. The finish line will be on the other side of the body of water in the middle of this island (it has the two bounce pads below it):
You'll need some help getting there in time, mostly in the form of two specific potions (though you can get away with just using one):
Optional: Frog Tongue drink (gives you the ability to grab chains to climb up walls quicker)
Speed Potion (increases your run speed by a substantial amount)
For both of these recipes, please see Mad Scientist
. When you drink the Frog Tongue drink, you'll have that ability forever, so you don't need to worry about it wearing off. The Speed Potion, however, will only be active for about 15 seconds, which, to be fair, is more than enough time to get this done. Create your Speed Potion, but don't drink it. Instead, take it to the starting line and when you're ready, chug the juice and with your newly found sonic speed, make your way around the water and up to the finish line. There will be a ticker noise going on letting you know how much time you have left to complete this, so just keep an ear out for it. Once you cross the finish line without time running out, this trophy will unlock.
