This achievement is for replacing the broken rope on your ship.
Short List of what you need to do:
1. Interact with your boat to recognize what parts are damaged
2. Bring bottle to Painter Frog after chatting with him to get your Plant back
2. Talk to FisherFrog about getting rope to find out he needs a feather
3. Talk to Guard Frog to get love letter to bring to Painter Frog
4. Bring letter to Painter Frog to get love letter to bring back to Guard Frog
5. Talk to Axolotl to find out she wants a Rainflower
6. Sleep until its a rainy day
7. Go to the Eastern Island to get a rainflower and bring it back to the Axolotl
8. She drops a Feather, so grab it and bring it to the FisherFrog
9. He gives you rope, so place it on the ship for the Achievement
Below I'll explain the steps in more detail, and I've attached a video of my full Walkthrough of the game. Because its a full Walkthrough, we do a ton of things in-between the steps above, so I can't point you to timestamps for all of the steps.
Attaching the Rope before finishing the Chef Frog's Quests will void the "Just here for the Food" Achievement.

This is for repairing the rope on your boat. In order to do this, you need to do the first two Painter Quests, which include completing the Guard Frog's Quest and starting the Fisherman Frog's Quest and then wait for a Rainy Day so that you can bring the Axolotl a Rainflower. She gives you a feather you bring to the Fisherman to get the rope.
First, place at least one of the planks from the water where you wake up to start the game onto the side of your broken boat. This has you 'inspect' the damage so you know what needs to be repaired. This is important.
Now, talk to the Painter Frog to ask him what he needs to give you your plant back. He wants the bottle that was next to us on the beach when we woke up, so grab it and give it to him.
Now, head Northwest to find the Fisherman Frog. He'll be up a small windy hill just right of his house. On the way up, if you inspected your boat, you'll get a prompt about needing rope. Now chat with the Fisherman to find out he needs a Feather. You have to do this, or else the next part of this Guide won't trigger.
Now head NE into the village and find the fort-like area with the Guard Frog guarding the entrance. Chat with him. You somehow can see that the Axolotl has a feather, and you have a conversation with the Guard Frog about it, which results in them asking you to bring a letter to the Painter Frog. He drops the letter, so grab it and head South to bring the letter to the Painter Frog. He'll ask you to bring HIS letter to the Guard Frog, so once he drops it, grab it and return to the Guard Frog.
Now we sleep until it rains. When it does, go to the East Island across the sandbar and find a Rainflower, then bring it back to the Axolotl to get a feather. Bring the feather to the Fisherman and he will give you rope, which you can bring to your boat. Again, if you are trying for the "Just here for the food" Achievement, drop the rope behind your campsite log instead of placing it on the boat.
But if you don't care about that, place the rope on the boat to unlock the achievement.

) before you'll be able to get the Rope, depending on if the bridge to the Western Island is complete or not.
To start the process of getting the rope, you first need to talk to the Fisherman (located on the Western side of the main island). You'll ask him about the rope and he'll tell you he needs a Feather. There are two ways to get a Feather:
Take the Feather back to the Fisherman and he'll give you the Rope in exchange. Put the Rope on your boat and the trophy will unlock.
You'll need to complete the Guard's questline (see One with the frogs
) before you'll be able to get the Rope, depending on if the bridge to the Western Island is complete or not. To start the process of getting the rope, you first need to talk to the Fisherman (located on the Western side of the main island). You'll ask him about the rope and he'll tell you he needs a Feather. There are two ways to get a Feather:
- Open up the bridge to the Western Island and steal one from the birds on the Northern mountain.
- There is a funky-colored fella laying in a hammock behind the Guard in town that will exchange the Feather for a flower.
Take the Feather back to the Fisherman and he'll give you the Rope in exchange. Put the Rope on your boat and the trophy will unlock.
