How to unlock the Alpha District - Casual achievement in TimeShift - Definitive Guide

This Achievement unlocks after beating the second level of Act 1 on the Casual difficulty setting. You will be nearing the end of the Act when you use the sewer tunnels to reach the subway. Use your Stop Time to run across the electrified water and the act will suddenly finish.
