This Achievement unlocks after beating the second level of Act 1 on the Skilled difficulty setting. You will be nearing the end of the Act when you use the sewer tunnels to reach the subway. Use your Stop Time to run across the electrified water and the act will suddenly finish. Upon completing the level, you will also unlock the following Achievement if you have not done so already:
