While playing through the stage "New Blood" you'll wander through a sewer/maintenance tunnel. You'll have to hold X to turn a wheel on the wall which in turn raises a barrier. You have to then activate your time powers to get under the barrier before it lowers again.
Immediately after this you'll be climbing out of the tunnel into what looks like a park. This park has a number of enemies in it.
Stop Time and climb out of the tunnel. Shoot the gun from one enemy's hands and then drop into the tunnel again to regenerate health and time energy. Rinse and repeat.

Pretty simple - just keep shooting at enemies hands/weapons until they drop them.

For this achievement you need to disarm five enemies by shooting their weapons. To do this find an enemy and activate "Time Stop" (
) or "Slow Time" (
) and shoot the weapon in their hands from the side. Once the time power ends their weapon will go flying and they will be defenceless. Repeat this until the achievement unlocks.
