Just host a CTF match (score doesnt matter), let your opponent grab your flag, now use a reverse time grenade on him (LB + B to select it, then LB to throw). It will make your opponent drop the flag and the achievement will pop immediately.

For this set up a capture the flag game and let the your friend take your flag.
Once they have taken it you need to throw a reverse grenade (select it holding LB+B then LB to use) and have them walk into it, this will remove your flag and the achievement will unlock straight away.
