Simply make a ranked King of Time game set to 5 kills. Grab the time orb then kill your opponent 5 times and the achievement will unlock after the match.

As the description says, this must be a ranked match. With the low number of people playing the game, you should be able to start a match with only two people and get it with a friend. If you manage to find a real game, just use your Time Grenades and get the good guns.
