Boosting partner needed / preferred.
Easiest way is to create a player match on MP1 (Deathmatch, 25 kills) there are laser mines down one of the stairwells and they respawn quite fast. Simply lay them down and have your buddy run over them.
Do this 25 times and the achievement will pop and the end of the match

If you have more than one other person to play with it goes even faster if everyone gathers near the mine and the last person to arrive sets it off. Multiple kills and achievement that much faster. But, Crimson's method is definitely the best setup.

Nice suggestion, I only ever boosted this with a single partner, but I could see a group speeding this up immensely.

Crimson Drifter already found the best spot on the small level 1 rooftops. But if it is only you and one other boosting partner, here are a few things worth mentioning.
1. sometimes mines fall through the floor or disappear so i suggest throwing TWO at the wall instead.
2. this can and should be done at the same time as the 25 king kills in king of time. simply pick up the crown in the beginning, and every time the king is killed, the killer becomes king and waits to be killed next.
3. if you are going for king kills make sure to put the points to 76 or higher bc you get 3 points for each king kill and 1 point for the initial crown pickup

This can be earned across multiple games, you just have to kill your opponent 25 times with land/lasermines. When thrown, they will shoot a laser to the ceiling, simply have the person dying walk into the laser.
The achievement will unlock at the results screen after the match.
