Boosting partner needed / preferred.
Host a match (type doesn't matter), now let your opponent tag you with a Clutch grenade, now just throw a reverse time grenade at your feet (LB + B to select it, LB to throw).
It will remove the clutch grenade from your body, do this three times for the achievement.

couldn't get it to work on king of time

Before you start this make sure who ever is going for the achievement holds down LB and presses B to select the reverse power up and ensures that there time power gage located at the top left hand corner has enough power to use it.
Now the other person needs to throw a clutch grenade (standard grenade you start with) so it sticks to the other persons body, now with the grenade stuck to you press LB to throw a time grenade infront of you which will be yellow, walk into this and it will remove the grenade from you.
Repeat 3 more times to unlock the achievement which will unlock during the match.
