This is an easy achievement to get if you have a boosting buddy playing the game with you. Start up a King of Time game and have your buddy look for it. Once you are in, become the king, and let your buddy kill you. That results in your buddy becoming the king... kill him. Rinse and repeat until you both have 25 kills each and the cheevo pops.

Is this over all or consecutive?

It is cumulative. This suggestion makes it all done in one game session.

This should be done at the same time as the 25 laser mine kills. Play King of Time on mp1 (rooftops) and find the mines in the lower brick hallways. Take turns killing king with mines.
3 things worth mentioning -
1. sometimes mines fall through the floor or disappear so i suggest throwing TWO at the wall instead.
2. simply pick up the crown in the beginning, and every time the king is killed, the killer becomes king and waits to be killed next.
3. if you are going for king kills make sure to put the points to 76 or higher bc you get 3 points for each king kill and 1 point for the initial crown pickup

Set up a 1 on 1 king of time match on the map "Rooftop Excess" adjust the damage to instakill and the re spawns to instant. Have one of you collect the Time sphere and let your friend kill you as they do they will become the time king, repeat this process 25 times each.
If there is 2 of you, you will both be able to get this in about 5 minutes. The achievement will unlock at the results screen at the end of the match.
