Set up a player match with custom preset > start with full time > time regen very fast > instant respawn > radar show all. On the map rooftop excess with a score limit of 2.

Meet up out side some where.

*Player 1 going for it first hold LB + A to select time shield.
*Player 2 hold LB + X to select time grenade.

Now you are both ready Player 2 throw a time grenade and then Player 1 use you time shield and move out of the time grenade area.

Wait for your time to recharge or grab any time boosters if near and repeat until the achievement pops. It will pop in match.

Once you both have it one you get the 2 kills needed to end the match to help towards your 100 wins achievement. Job done, nice and easy

I actually was able to earn this by myself while waiting for my boosting partner to join in, while the screen said "Waiting for 1 Player to start match". I did it using one of the slow time field columns in Beware Brother Beware ! map.

Use your time shield LB + A. and just activate it when you enter the slow down field....keep doing this till the achievement pops

Another very easy achievement to get, either actual or boosting. Collect enough time to make a shield and then once you are caught in a time field, pop the shield and you've 'escaped' it's effects. Do this 25 times over as many games as you want, and poof, achie unlocked.
