The 3 quests to complete are:
Working Blueprint
Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression
The Slayer of Vorcanar
The 3 quests to complete are:
Working Blueprint
Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression
The Slayer of Vorcanar
Note: This won't pop in co-op if you're not the host.
The "Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression" and "The Slayer of Vorcanar" are Bounty Board quests that open up during the main story quest "Thy Bard, with a Vengeance". "Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression" is acquired in Brighthoof but "The Slayer of Vorcanar" is found in Mount Craw after finishing "Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression". These 2 missions are part of a lengthy quest chain that sees you helping a Goblin called "Jar" who wants to free her brethren from slavery. The trophy will pop once Jar gives you a reward for killing Vorcanar.
Vorcanar - Fought during the mission "The Slayer of Vorcanar":
Vorcanar has the following attacks:
Flamethrowers
Flame Breath
Homing Fireballs
Wyvern spawn
Vorcanar is a tough boss but keep your distance and aim for the glowing orbs on his neck, you should be ok. Since he is wearing heavy armour, you will need either a Poison or very strong non-elemental weapon to take him down. Once you get his health down to 5%, he will keel over and give you a chance to stick a bomb to his head (press Square when in front of the green bomb outline) you then have to shoot. Detonating the bomb will really annoy Vorcanar and bring his health back up to 50% but keep your distance and aim for the orbs on his neck again, then he will go down again for good.

The quests mentioned in the description are two very long side quests. The first, 'Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression,' becomes available in Brighthoof immediately after completing the third story quest, 'A Hard Day's Knight.' Pull up your map in Brighthoof if you don't see the '!' for this side quest, which is received from a bounty board.
The first quest tasks you with going to Mount Claw. The only way to get there is to travel back to the Overworld and follow the relatively linear path to an NPC standing by a river. He'll give you a simple side quest which you'll need to complete so he can repair the bridge. With that done, you can follow the path up to Mount Claw. Here, simply follow the multitude of objectives to help out the Goblins and complete this quest.
As soon as you complete 'Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression,' a new side quest will become available only a few steps away from you, from Jar once again, and it is 'The Slayer of Vorcanar.' Once again you'll have a ton of objectives to complete, as well as two boss fights. The first can be pretty hectic because the boss teleports, and his attacks can absolutely destroy you. Thankfully there are plenty of skeletons to kill if you get downed. Focus fire on the boss and save the skeletons in case you need a Death Save. You'll then have to complete one more quick objective before heading to the arena to fight Vorcanar. He's incredibly easy. Just strafe around him, far enough away so the flames don't hit you, and unload on the obvious weak spots on his neck until you finish him off.
