Story Related, Can't Be Missed

"A Hard Day's Knight" is the third main story quest of the game and the trophy will pop when the Demon Lord suddenly appears, steals the Sword of Souls, kills a certain someone, then disappears.

Zomboss - Fought during the mission "A Hard Day's Knight":

Zomboss has the following attacks:

Dark Magic spells
Sword Melee
Tractor Beam and Repulsor Field spells

Zomboss has strong armour so bring a Poison weapon with you to deplete it. Once her armour is gone, switch to a Fire weapon and lay into her whilst keeping a safe distance from her Magic. By far the worst attack is the Tractor Beam and Repulsor Field combo, because it has a long range and will do massive damage when pushing you away so long range attacks are vital for taking her out but you can somewhat negate the effects of this attack, by keeping a pillar between you and Zomboss. Your best strategy is to use your companion as a decoy whilst you shoot her from behind but run away if she notices you.

Once she's "dead", Butt Stallion will appear and grant you access to the Sword of Souls but Zomboss will resurface in her Spirit form so finish her off by inserting the Sword of Souls into her and sucking up all the soul energy. Note: When replaying this fight later on in the game, Zomboss won't spawn any Skeletons, which means you have to kill her without dying, else she will get all her health back when you respawn.
