The side quest "The Ditcher" appears completing the main story quest "The Son of a Witch" and will pop once Salissa's former followers thank you for vanquishing her forever.

Salissa's Fang
A decent AoE (Area of Effect) spell will take care of most of the Salissa's minions but the 2 attacks in particular you must watch out for are:
- Geysers - Salissa summons these constantly and each one has the potential to wipe out most of your health in one go so do your best to stay out their way when you see them forming.
- Bidant swipe - This attack has 2 variants: One that is just a standard melee attack but the other one uses a charged electrical attack that sends out a pulse of energy which explodes after a few seconds and kills everything inbetween it and Salissa.
This is a 3 stage fight and each one gets progressively more dangerous. Stage 1 isn't too bad, you just have to watch out for the Geysers and Salissa's Bidant attacks. Stage 2 sees Salissa become completely invulnerable until you kill her two pet sharks (Left Shark and Right Shark). Stage 3 is essentially a re-run of Stage 1, only with every attack (including her Lightning magic) being more vicious than the last. Your best strategy is to keep moving and use your most powerful long range weapons and/or spells to whittle away her health until Salissa is toast.

After completing the story quest 'Son of a Witch' and reaching the top of Karnak's Wall, you'll have access to start this side quest in the Overworld. It'll require you to head to Sunfang Oasis and complete a multitude of objectives, complete with multiple minibosses and then a boss fight. Once you complete this lengthy side quest, you'll unlock this achievement.
