It's not as bad as you would think. A good mission to grind is 2-4, which will take about two minutes, and yield 40+ kills.

Single best place to farm this (and late game coins) is in mission 5 of Operation 4; 'Train To Catch'. I normally got around 40 kills per run with some of my better runs reaching closer to 50. The mission itself is not hard and is one of the best ways to finish off however many kills you have left.

found another computer and it didnt sync again. is there a time i should stop playing?

Any help with getting an achievement to sync if it popped in game but hasnt showed up on xbox live?

I think when that happened for me I had to do it on a different system. I.E. it popped on my windows 10 PC but not on live. So I redid it on my windows 10 laptop.
