In the main HQ go to your barracks.
Select the head tab.
On the 1st page of head skins just keep selecting the different skins until the cheevo pops.
I went round in a clockwise rotation.
No need to back out after each selection.
This can also be done with the body too.
Does not have to be 50 different heads. You could alternate between 2 of you want.

For this and Body Stylist achievement. Head to the Barracks. From here, select the head or body. Then change the hea dor body to something different 50 times. Really easy and even though some items are locked. There are plenty to choose from for the achievements. Some items even have variants making this very simple to complete.
