You will need a ton of xp to spend in the armory for this one. Not sure how much though as I didn't count the level cost.
On the armory screen, upgrade the 1st choice which is basically your health.
The ranks are
Private - corporal - Sargent - lieutenant - captain - major
Cheevo pops when you get to major.
I was only on the 2nd chapter when I unlocked this as I found farming mission 1-8 easy to net 4500 xp per run.
I'll update if there a better mission later on.
