I'm not 100% sure how long (x) seconds is, but I did it in 49 seconds in the video. My 1st run, where i popped the 'chieve was 50 seconds.
If I had to guess I'd say 60 seconds could be the cutoff. If anyone would like to correct me feel free.
I did this on level 4-1 with four max rank squad members, max movement speed & level 3 assault rifles.
Just run straight to the three drone factories in the order i do & destroy them, then to the evac point as in the video & you should pop the achievement.

Yhhh I just got the achievement in 42 seconds so I think as long as ure under a minute you will get the achievement

I was able to get the achievement in 58 seconds.
