To the right hand side of the Barracks in the HQ Hub. Is a TV screen. Interact with it using the 
button. You now have 10 seconds to kill all the chickens. If you fail. Then it seems like you will have to play a level before returning for another attempt.

Best way to do this is with the flamethrower. SO quick.

Best way to do this is to use the airstrike, once you've unlocked it. Level 1 is enough. Thanks to Dave Zee for the tip
