Tiny Troopers: Global Ops

This cheevo is awarded for buying all your main characters weapons, abilities and ranks.
This includes getting him up to rank Major 4. Buying everything and all levels available.

I don't know the exact amount of xp you need but your looking at somewhere between 90k - 100k depending on how much you spend on your squad mates.

I was at 94k but had spent quite a bit on squad mates.

At time of writing this I have just started chapter 4, so far the best xp grinding level imo so far is 1-8. Easy 3.5k per 4 min run
