If you enter Celerion Park by walking through the vent from the central hub, you'll find the books shelves on your left (though you'll have to climb through the furniture on your right to reach the shelves).
There's a total of four books (two on lower shelves and two on higher shelves) and you'll have to push them with your pink tinykin into the shelves. Each book will give you a small amount of pollen when pushed back into its place.

Off to the one side of this room is a giant multi-level bookshelf. Each level of the bookshelf has two books that you need to throw a purple tinykin at to push it back in. Since purple tinykin aren't consumed when used, you only need one for this entire process. Make your way up (or down) the shelves, pushing each both books on each level, and when you're done you'll unlock this achievement, as well as getting a cutscene with the pollen cluster spawning.
