Tinykin

This is referring to the giant ferris-wheel-looking thing on the one side of the room. To get it spinning, you'll need a ton of blue tinykin. The electricity outlet for the wheel is (if you're standing looking at the wheel) in the room right behind it. You'll need to get inside, destroy the doors to open up a way through the winding maze for your blue tinykin, then create a long path around the twists and turns from the outlet to the wire to power the wheel. This will unlock the achievement and spawn a 50-pollen clusters to grab. Also be aware that only one of the four ferris wheel carts has another pollen cluster inside of it; don't miss that one!
