Each room in the house has three side missions, indicated by an NPC leaping up and down pretty high. Once you talk to them, the side mission will get added to the pause screen (before that, it'll just show as question marks, indicating you have an undiscovered side mission). Completing each side mission rewards you with an artifact from Prattle's museum. You will need to collect all three in all rooms.
In general, you will come across all of these and have no problems completing them. The jumping NPCs with missions are easy to spot and are among other collectibles and things of interest (they aren't hidden). If you need help completing any side missions for whatever reason, refer to the videos above in the pollen-related achievements. Those videos also show all side missions, with timestamps in the Youtube videos themselves. You will almost assuredly complete all of these naturally without having to go out of your way, but if you miss any or just can't find one (or find one but don't have the needed tinykin, and forget to come back to it or forget where it was), refer to the above videos.
