You will need 15 red and about 10 green Tinykin to get this achievement.
To the right of the grandfather clock in Transidor is a plant pot on top of a table. Jump/climb up the leaves to the top of the plant and float across to the top of the cupboard where you will see 5 Russian dolls.
Destroy the second doll from the left and you will get 50 pollen and this achievement.

This takes place on your second time in Transidor, when you're tasked with going upstairs. From the top of the stairs, on your right is a high set of shelves. At the very top are five Matryoshka dolls. The second one is glowing red and cracked. You'll need to throw a ton of red tinykin (nearly all the ones available in this area) at the doll to break it, granting you a 50-pollen cluster and this achievement.
