How to unlock the The one she forgot achievement in Titan Quest - Definitive Guide

There is one unpleasant bug. If the inventory is full and the mistletoe falls to the ground, the trophy is not counted. Picking up from the ground has no effect. I got it only by completing the quest 3 times on the legend, having previously freed up some space in my inventory before picking it up.
