This achievement is STORY RELATED and is NOT MISSABLE.
You will get this achievement in the final level, The Fold Weapon.
After the events in the spoiler, you will have to get to an evac point in the middle of the sky by wall-running from debris to debris. It's a pretty straightforward, linear path, so it shouldn't be too difficult for you, even on Master difficulty. Once you reach the ship and evac, the achievement will unlock.

This took about 7 attempts before it would unlock for me. I got the achievement for completing the campaign but this one didn't pop.
In the end I changed difficulty and then restarted checkpoint and it popped. Fortunately if you choose to Load Last Checkpoint during the end credits it drops you right before the last section of this. I'm not sure if it was anything to do with the difficulty change or not but worth a try if others are having the same problem I did.
