How to unlock the All The Cards achievement in Titanfall - Definitive Guide
To obtain this achievement you must obtain 500 burn cards.
What is a burn card? A burn card is something you activate during a game and will give you a slight advantage in your game until you die. Instead of just naming the things off you can take a look for yourself of every burncard possible to earn(From the Titanfall Wiki):
http://titanfall.gamepedia.com/Burn_Cards
You can hold max burn cards based on your pilot generation, once you get full the game will automatically discard them, if you want to make room for more hold LT and RT at the same time and that will manually discard them. If you have 3 in the ready to use slots. Below is the max you can hold for every generation.
Generation / Burn Card Limit
Generation 1 / 46
Generation 2 / 52
Generation 3 / 58
Generation 4 / 64
Generation 5 / 70
Generation 6 / 76
Generation 7 / 82
Generation 8 / 88
Generation 9 / 94
Generation 10 / 100
Now when it comes to earning them:
-1 Card for every victory
-7 cards at level 25 (For every pilot generation)
-6 cards at level 30 (For every pilot generation)
-7 cards at level 40 (For every pilot generation)
-7 cards at level 45 (For every pilot generation)
-6 cards at level 50 (For every pilot generation)
-All the rest are for challenges, (MVP, Rounds played, dropping in your titan, and kills for every weapon you use, including grenades, Satchels, and Arc mines, killing enemy titans, killing spectres, and killing grunts Ect.)
Basically the better you do in every game and kill as many things as you can, the more Burn cards you will gain.

Good luck and have fun!
But cheers for the guide.
There are many ways to collect cards. You get them based on what weapons you use(Primaries and Titan fighting ordinance), what you kill(Pilots, Titans, Specters), whether you win can also give you really good cards too, so there are really a large number of ways to get cards. You don't necessarily have to be dominating the other team or anything like that, but it helps if you can.
It took a lot of time, (about 22 hours in- match time) to complete it. But here are a couple hints to help you along your path to 500 Burn Cards.
- First and foremost, USE you cards as you earn them. You deck can hold a max of 26 cards at any given time. That is including the 3 you can have equipped. You never know just many burn cards you are going to unlock in any given match, but if you end up earning more cards than you have space for in your deck, you will not be awarded them and they will not add to this score.
- Go for challenges! There are a lot of challenges with rewards linked to burn cards. The more you complete, the more burn cards you'll find, and in the case of weapons challenges, they'll likely be an amped version of said gun which you'll like even more.
- Kill lots of minions, specters, and obviously pilots and titans. There are several types of cards you earn solely based on killing a set number of a specific enemy, or other actions such as melee attacks and headshots.
- Finally, certainly accomplishments will also net you with a sizable "Rare Card Pack" which gives you 6 or so very powerful cards. You earn this from things like reaching Lvl 50, advancing a generation, and from completing/ winning a certain number of game rounds.
So be patient, clear out and use cards as they come, and you'll have this pretty quickly.
Happy Hunting!

Anyways, just keep chipping away at this one. Keep in mind, that if/when you regenerate, your burn cards are saved, whereas the challenges are reset (this is especially helpful if you're having trouble with certain weapons).
If you've had your progress bar for a particular achievement stuck in, say, 85% and not moving, here's what I've found out.
It is very likely that one day you started the game and started unlocking random achievements, 5 or 6 at a time. This happened to me twice, and I noticed that all achievements with progress 50% and up unlocked, and those with less than 50% went up to 75-95%.
Let's make an example for illustration purposes. We'll be using the 100 Daily Challenges achievement. Let's say that after this issue, you ended up with 85% Daily Challenges completed, when you originally had only 40%. Most people will just do 15 more and expect the achievement to unlock, but it won't. That's why many people think this is a glitch.
Even though for progress says 85%, you are still in 40%, so you will need to do 60 more to unlock the achievement, not 15.
Once your real progress catches up with your percentage, in this case 85%, you will see the bar move up to 86, 87, 88%, etc.
So this is not really an achievement glitch. Your progress bar is just showing a wrong %.
So whenever you see the progress bar stuck, just keep working on that particular achievement and you will see that eventually, when you catch up with the progression%, it will start moving as it normally would and unlock when you reach 100%.
Hope this helps clarify the confusion that dwells regarding this issue.
Basically, don't be in a rush to get this one, if you're going for all 10 regens then you'll get this one over time. I just hit Gen 3 and I'm almost finished with this Achievement.
And don't forget Frontier Defense is an easy way to grind most of the weapon kill challenges for easy XP and more burn cards.

Burn cards allow you to modify some element of combat, such as bringing in a Titan immediately at the start of a match, be cloaked 100% of the time, use a more powerful version of a weapon, or earn XP faster. They are awarded for completing some challenges, for winning matches, and for advancing from one generation to the next. Initially you can only hold 30 cards, but as you advance in generations this increases to a maximum of 100 for Gen 10 players. If you earn a card and do not have room for it, you will still earn the card unless it is for a kill related challenge, but will need to delete some to get back down to the maximum. Your best approach is to have 10 open slots at any given time to ensure you do not miss any awarded Burn Cards.
You will earn this several times over as you advance through the game, so there is no need to focus on it.
You can track your progress in the achievement app where each 1% progress represents five cards.
