This achievement is for unlocking all pieces of gear, you must do this before going up a generation. You will need to get to level 49 as well, you need to unlock all kit items. When you go up a generation everything is reset, you only keep burn cards and the titan Chassis's you have unlocked. I suggest you start on this ASAP. Unlocks during the game, thanks A 2rue boofer. You must also complete both campaigns to get the other titan chassis.
You will need to switch weapons frequently, and as stated I would suggest starting with the campaign to avoid the issue below.
There are 10 voices you need to buy in the Black Market. This will cost 200000 credits.
***If the last things you unlock are Stryder and Ogre Titan and no achievement, reload the game and play one match and it should pop at the end of the match***
The easist place I have to grind out any last peice of equipment is the last level of the campaign. More than likely the only thing you will need for a weapon is spector kills. They only appear later in the match, or if the other team holds B on this map. Otherwise you can try boneyard or demeter they will appear off to the side in groups between A and B on boneyard or the opposite of C on Demeter. Though on normal hardpoint they do not appear until later in the match. While in campaign they appear earlier.
All Pilot and Titan abilities will be unlocked at level 49. All you need to do is get there, which depending on play style and burn cards takes about 10-20 hrs. Doing all the weapons did not take as long maybe 7 hrs of concious do this weapon, next, repeat.
If you can wait until you unlock Run 'n Gun at LVL 39 that is the best time to do the smart pistol and SMG's, not needing to stop when hip firing makes this go much quicker.
Also pay attention to the challenges that appear at the bottom when you kill something, it will tell you if you just completed one of the items needed for a peice of equipment.
Some weapons only have mods.
Behind each Attachment or Mod is the amount of x kills you need WITH THAT WEAPON. Most are kill 15 pilots, 50 grunts, 25 spectres, or 25-50 enemies there are a few deviations:

Titan weapons only have MOD's. Also if a gun has an extended magazine(kill x enemies) go for unlocking that as fast as possible, this makes killing Titans much easier, and is almost needed with some guns. A good mode is last titan standing after unlocking the stryder, you can get 1-2 a match on over zealous players, this is what I used for the railgun. Also make sure to zoom the railgun to charge then shoot, mobility will be bad, but you do much more damage.

this sounds so... logical actually, i havent re-gened yet and was going for the purchase all titan OS voices cheevo. seems like i will pop both when i purchase the last 30k costing OS voice

I have also checked the unlocks/amounts against the official guide.
so i had everything unlocked except some OS voices, bought the last few, played a match and sure enough.. it popped midgame :) good luck all ;)

After a few waves, there will be loads of Titans to take out and they're not quite as tough as the 'real ones'. In my first 3 rounds (each consisting of 4-6 waves, I think), I got nearly 50 Titan kills, easily completing the challenges.
Depending on your style, and the people you play with, this may go slower og quicker, but I guarantee you will get more Titan kills and get them faster, than regular game modes, including Last Titan Standing.

Just a note regarding this achievement
With the addition of the Frontier Defense mode,
unlocking the weapon attachments became a lot easier BUT there is a downside.
If you have to kill x amount spectres for unlocking an attachment,
ONLY normal spectres count! Sniper & Suicide spectres don't count!
UPDATE April (2014) REAL SOLUTION BELOW!!
After i unlocked this achievement 3 times (I played 3 times to Gen10) i found the easiest solution on how to unlock this achievement.
1: Unlocking the voices through playing and earning the credits as normal.
2: Weapon attachments that require Pilotkills can be boosted here over TA
or if you play the campaign mode against "easy Gen1 targets".

Titankill requirements for a Titan weapon attachment can be unlocked by playing the Frontier Defense mode by killing all kinds of Titans, they all count!
If you kill 15 titans per FD Game you will have all attachments for the titanweapons
unlocked in no time (approx. 10 matches)

You will need a lot of Spectre and Grunt (S&G from now on) kills for most of the attachments for the Pilot weapons and here is the easy/lazy solution which you can do all by yourself!
(Ghost Squad or Double Agent Burn Card highly recommended)
This is how you do it:
First make pilot classes, one for each weapon you need S&G kills for!
Then choose the burn cards i recommend and go into the Frontier Defense mode
and choose "Custom Game" and the map "Fracture" and set it to NON public!
Start the game, there will be alot of waiting until you're actually in the game but you will.
Then stick around the harvester, remember that there are 2 ammo crates close by to change your loadout if one weapon has been completed with S&G kills.
(I made a list of what weapons and the amount of S&G kills needed)
The first round there will be grunts, and then spectres and 1 titan.
Kill them with the weapon you need S&G kills for, if done change the loadout and continue.
Eventually they will destroy the harvester, but you have 3 tries, so there is plenty of S&G to kill for.
After the tries you will get a defeat message and will be brought back to the menu.
Rinse and repeat.
I had to unlock all weapon attachments and with this method, after i got the hang of it, where the enemies will spawn and stay to shoot at the harvester, and time required to change the loadout, it took me around 2 hours to unlock everything.

Your first 200,000 earned Black Market credits should go towards purchasing all of the voices, regardless of the generation used to unlock this achievement.
Glitch warning:
Many people have reported that this achievement does not unlock immediately after completing all of the requirements. Completing any one weapon challenge will trigger it to unlock if you experience this glitch. If it does not, go through all of the weapons and Titan weapons and look for unlocked weapon modifiers as you likely will have missed one.
Generation 8:
You need to get 100 wins to move from Generation 8 to Generation 9, so even boosting this will take quite some time. From an efficiency perspective, using this generation to unlock "All The Hardware" makes the most sense as you will have absolutely earned the 200,000 Black Market credits required to purchase all ten Titan voices.
Generation 10:
You will be done with most of the game and just mopping up what you have left, so if this achievement is one of the items that needs to be mopped up, at this point you won't regen again, so you won't lose any progress.
Generation 1:
This is the least ideal of the three from an efficiency perspective, but has the advantage that it will force you to play a variety of game modes and use every weapon in the game, so it works as a super-extended tutorial. The downside is that you will almost certainly hit level 50 and have all of the necessary weapon challenges completed long before you have enough Black Market credits to unlock the Titan voices. This means you will sit at Generation 1 Level 50 for many games while accumulating credits. The game does give you extra credits when you are Level 50, but it can still take 10+ hours after you are done leveling up.

It is best to do it during 1 gene. When you switch to a new gene, everything is reset and if you haven’t opened the achievement, then it’s all over again. Someone wrote that you need to complete the campaign as pilots. No no need.
