How to unlock the Captured Everything achievement in Titanfall - Definitive Guide
You must win 50 Hardpoint matches, joining in the middle of a winning match you do get a win.
The first method I will say is if you want to get this by playing normally and get 50 wins while going for the objective. I have been doing this method for a bit and it seems to be the best if you don't want to join any boosting sessions.
What I did was join a match and if my team was winning I stayed, but once my team loses, I would leave and search again. I have won about 10 in a row with a group because I stayed with people who were really good and actually cared about capturing and defending the points.
Now once you found a winning game and keep playing until they lose.
[BOOSTING METHOD]
This other method can be a bit annoying but it is the fastest especially if you get it going.
Trueachievements has boosting sessions if you go into the boosting session category (or add this game to your boost list) If you host a session, just follow this guide and you will get some fast wins. Create a party and get 6 of the people in it, then create another party and get the other 5 in it, (12 people in a session 3 as back-ups) Have 1 person be the party leader and control that group as you control the other.
Once this is done, both leaders change their servers to JAPAN WEST in the Main menu, then invite everyone in your parties to the games.
When both groups have 6 people in both groups, just search on Hardpoint Domination at the same time running into each other. Once you find each other and the game starts, the team losing first just back out. Once back on the menu, start searching again to run into the group again and alternate wins.

My achievement tracker (on the system and here on TA) was also stuck (mine was at 56%, so 28/50 wins.) Personally, what worked for me was to total up how many wins were showing in the game itself (by going into "personal stats" then "levels," and adding them up by each map; since it now shows you how many of each game type you have won (when you scroll through all the maps) This came to 18/50 instead of the 28 for some reason (I honestly didn't think I had 28, though; as I have only been playing campaign and attrition up until now.)
But, I was able to confirm today after getting 12 more victories, totaling 30/50; the achievement 'status indicator' finally got 'unstuck' and is now showing the correct 60%. It does seem like the tracking percentages are not completely fixed yet (as of today;) as it only gave me 1% for a victory on a game I joined mid-session and then 3% on the next full game I had a victory on.
So, basically, once your number of victories showing in the game itself is greater then your achievement status/tracker; your progress bar should start to update again after every victory....I have not tried this on other achievements yet (like 50 CTF victories,) but maybe someone can confirm this that is playing a different type of game mode now.
I apologize for how long this was and just hope that someone finds this information useful/can maybe apply it to other achievements in the game.
Both Players set their Servers to Japan West. Both Players then search for whatever Game mode you’re boosting. The lobby will take a while to start but eventually the game will load a map. Before the game begins, one Player selects the other Player’s name in the lobby, press A to bring up the Xbox menu where you view the Player’s profile. Select “Join Game/Party” and hover over “Join Game”. When the timer gets down to 2 seconds, confirm to join the game.
The Game should load the map but will take longer as its transferring you to the other team. When the Game loads, both Players should be on the same team. After 40 seconds, the Game will end as you have no opponents, earning both Players the win.
When the Game goes back into the lobby, one Player must leave dropping back to the Multiplayer menu. Repeat the search again and you’ll end up on opposite teams again. Repeat the process for all the wins you need.
Every now and then, we had instances where the lobby would “break” and I’d get kicked to the Main Menu and I’d get the message “Failed to join game”. When this happens, whoever was left in the game, remain in the Game to get the win (after the 40 seconds) and go back to the game lobby. That lobby will then always kick you out if you try to join the Game again, so both Players must leave and start searching again to make a new lobby.
Credit goes to Tide44 for originally posting this solution/method on the Pilot Hunter wins.
You need to be on the winning team of a Hardpoint match 50 times. Note that for the "I've Seen It All" achievement, you also need to play Hardpoint on every non-DLC map at least once, and for various DLC achievements you will need to play this game mode on every DLC map as well.
The Campaign playlist has quite a few games that are Hardpoint matches, and those count for this achievement. Since you need to win all of those for other achievements, I suggest completing all of the Campaign achievements before focusing on this one.
This achievement can be tracked in the Player Stats -> Levels screen, although it shows win counts by map so you will have to scroll through all 24 maps and add up the total yourself. You also can look at the achievement app where each 2% equals one win.
Boosting Method:
Create a two player game on one of the Asian servers and as soon as both players have spawned you can have one player quit, giving a victory to the other player. There will be a small delay of about 30 seconds before the victory screen appears, but at that point the other player can rejoin the lobby. Rinse and repeat. Each victory will take approximately five minutes with the lobby delays and loading screens.
Non-Boosting Method:
You are much more likely to win in a competitive Hardpoint match if you have a few teammates that have mics and coordinate. Put one or two people on defense, and one or two on offense, and communicate with each other. Scores are determined by the number of hardpoints you control, so focus on ensuring that you always have at least two of the three. The various US servers usually have a fair number of players in the Hardpoint playlist. If you find a team that works well, try to stick with them by inviting them into your party in the game itself, otherwise the players will get redistributed for balance after each match.
