How to unlock the Executioner achievement in Titanfall - Definitive Guide

When a Titan loses all it's health and it shows the black/yellow pattern that's when you go up close and melee it to "execute" it. The pilot is required to be inside the Titan when you execute it, Auto-Titans do not count. Do this two times in one game on Haven.

The Frontier Edge DLC only playlist should be the easiest to get this map. Also Last Titan Standing since you will be guaranteed to have Titans.

executed 2+ titans 3 times, achievement not unlocked. And I don't have progress bar for this achievement

Destroy the titan doing rodeo when he was convicted (yellow and black) twice and nothing, and this with the pilot inside, I have done this several times, until yesterday I arranged with a friend to help me and not just jumped the conquest . what can I do to unlock?
can someone help me ??

@CEL7IC ZOMBIEx ...Respawn is in charge of the X1 version and it's because LIVE is having issues at the moment all progress is 0% for every game. Unfortunately X1 requires you to be online to get achievements but if they have issues with Live so will you with your achievements.

...it'll fix itself once the service alert on live is lifted (see http://support.xbox.com), you restart your game and enter the private lobby (press A on start screen).

yes same here, but i destroyed 4 titans with a active titan burn card and got the achievement for the 15 destroyed achievement after the match, and the tracker for the 25 cloaked kills do not rise in the achievement app!!

Same here did 3 executions in one game and nothing popped. The green bar and TA's website even shows that I have completed it. OP has a point that his solution is 100% correct and should not be downvoted a server problem, as usual with this game.

Guys just in case you aren't 100% sure (GIG Guerra; should put this in your solution mate), the titans MUST have a pilot in them. In other words when you get doomed titan and the black/yellow bar comes up you have to melee the titan, pull him/her out and get the 'kill' for that pilot, then rinse and repeat.

@bob roorsmoker, try doing a full restart (hold power till system shuts down, power brick turns orange), then restart the system & game. Waiting 24 hours after doing this will sometimes make them magically just be unlocked too.

So annoying. I did multiple full restarts on my console and nothing popped last night. I played a few games tonight and export connoisseur did not pop. Again, I do a full reset and that one pops after I load the game. FML. This shit is getting really annoying.

The second termination cannot be the game winning titan kill in Last Titan Standing, it will not count as a second termination when you do.

Why do auto-titans not count? Is that a glitch with the achievement? Pretty sure the game's tutorial says melee-ing any doomed Titan is an execution lol.. Stupid Respawn should have made the description different.

I noticed some postings in other achievement guides that microsoft has supposedly fixed the issue with achievements not popping right away. It stated that if you have met the requirements and the achievement did not unlock, it will but it might take a few days. I completed the requirements for this achievement on Thursday, it is now Sunday and it still has not unlocked. Anyone else hear anything? If so please pm me with any info.

Same here got the achievements on Thursday, they tweeted at me to wait 48 hours and still nothing. Destiny really fucked up Xbox One servers.

Just turned on my xbox and noticed a change to my GS. The achievement never actually popped for me just updated my GS. Keep and eye out and hopefully the same happens for anyone needing this.

Same here, I executed 2 in one game 3 times (on Haven, of course) and no achievement. All of the titans definitely had pilots in them. I was in an atlas and I could see it grab the pilot and toss him away every time.

OMG!!!!))) Just checked my achievements list. It shows that I unlocked chievo yesterday))) It's unlocked before all achievements I unlocked yesterday so I can say that it's unlocked for executions I did first time. I'm sorry for my english. I didn't have any progress bar

Yup, same here as well. It didn't unlock in-game or even while I was playing later but I just checked my achievements on TA and it says I unlocked it yesteday. It wasn't just a question of not getting the achievement notification. Before I finished playing last night I went into the achievements app on the XB1 and it was still showing as unlocked (white).

Just got this one on a round of Marked for Death. Note that the achievement unlocks after the game is over (at the scoreboard).

No achieve for me as well and I did one at the beginning and one at the end..same thing happened with 50 pilot kills on digsite. I dont get achieves for doing them and others unlock for people when the game starts up ie: gen 10, capture and pilot wins . WTF

@Cap ... Executions have nothing to do with rodeos. Executions are when you are in a titan and you melee a doomed (yellow and black bar) titan whose pilot is still inside.

This achievement is bullshit i meleed a doomed titan and pulled the pilot out and killed him and it gave me a "titan punch" kill against the pilot instead of an execution.

This method is outdated and should be taken down. You no longer can choose what playlist to play and Last titan standing is no longer a legit way to play this game. Hackers and overpowered players flood this game mode it's impossible.

I can confirm a couple of notes if you go for this in Last Titan Standing. I got my first execution in the middle of the 1st round, and my second execution as the *last* kill of the 4th round (we shut out the other team). So technically the "Victory" screen came up over me doing the execution on the last doomed Titan, but it still counted as my 2nd execution of the game (even though it happened in two different rounds, 1st and 4th).

@scmark15 you don't need to be online to get achievements and its a game glitch not the xbox one the only big issue on xbox one is the party chat and they fix all small one's within hours of detecting one! This is the fourth achievement for titanfall that is bugged not all people get the bug but I have had it on five different titanfall achievement.

For executions, you must be in a Titan and melee an enemy Titan after it has been doomed but before the enemy Pilot ejects or detonates their Titan. Frontier Defense as well as both the Campaign and Attrition playlists are good opportunities to attempt this, along with Last Titan Standing which is an easy way to boost it. The only sticking point is waiting for Haven to show up in the playlist, unless you play a custom Frontier Defense game.

how I got stuck with this trophy, I climbed onto the titans, knocked them down in packs of 10 per round, but it turned out that I needed to crush 2 pilots in the doomed titans with titanium)
