How to unlock the Frequent Flyer achievement in Titanfall - Definitive Guide
Earning this achievement is very straight forward. You need to complete 50 game rounds in the Campaign game type to unlock this.
There are a total of 9 different missions to complete, or 18, based on the fact that there are two separate factions (sides) to play each mission on. It does not matter which side you are on, or which of the missions you play. You can replay the first mission alone 50 times, if you so choose.
If you play through the 2 campaigns normally in order to earn the associated achievements, you will already have 18 of these marked off. After this, you should go back and earn a victory on any missions you failed the first time around, in order to earn to two achievements for being victorious on all missions for each faction as well.
It does get somewhat tedious, as the maps are all the same, the game type is always the same on any given level, and the fact that you'll be missing out on some of the maps that aren't available during the campaign.
To make things a little less tedious and to add some slight variety, I'd recommend using the quick play option (this becomes available after both campaigns are completed), and you'll be thrown into a game much quicker, saving you a bit of time. Another thing I did was playing with friends or other players I met and helping them while they go through the campaign. It adds a slight sense of purpose and gives you someone to talk to if you want.
Generally speaking, for a match to count, you need to play it from the very start to the very end. Technically speaking, however, this is not always the case. 10 or so of my 50 came from games that I was thrown into after they had begun. My guess is that the game considers you to have played a full match so long as you enter into it with 50-75% of the game time remaining. I'm not certain on exactly where that cutoff is, but I AM certain that some "partial" matches will count. If anyone can give me a more precise number that would be great. Be patient, and take breaks to play Classic mode if you need to.

Mince-
Although tedious and annoying, I've heard good reports of success by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Many people got the achievement right after their first new match, others took 2-5 matches, but still got it. I can't guarantee 100% success, but it sounds promising, and is at the very least an option.
Best of luck to you all!

As long as you see it say "victory" or "defeat" then it counts.

For this achievement, you need to play 50 games in the Campaign playlist. You do not need to win or be in the game from start to finish, but you do need to be in the game at the end where you can see either the Victory or Defeat screen and then stay in the game until it returns to the lobby. If you exit the game or lose connection to the server before returning to the lobby, the match will not count toward this achievement.
