External image

This achievement is obtained by completing the IMC campaign you are randomly selected for the IMC campaign or Militia campaign when you first start once you finish one campaign you get the other, for instance if you don't have this campaign yet you will get it when you finish the Militia campaign, win or lose you will progress through the missions, and when you get through all of them, you will unlock this achievement.

Good luck and have fun! toast

it doesn't work like that anymore (like the solution says) because the update at the end of July 2014 changed the way the campaign works. You can no longer play a little bit, return and resume from where you left off. The maps will repeat randomly so you need a bit of luck. On top of that you won't necessarily be on the same side (IMC or Militia) as this will also randomly change. You can play 1x match as IMC and the next one as Militia. Very frustrating and I hope they change it back. I'm stuck and I only need to play in one more map to get the achievement. Question is: when will that happen?

There were a few instances where I had to repeat a mission upon a loss, but other times I just progressed regardless (win or lose). Wasn't sure why that was, but still had lots of fun :)

This glitched for me also but quitting out of the game and entering it again made it pop. Should fix that particular glitch.

AbleHenry, you will need the IMC elite pilot achievement, so once done with Militia achievement, start playing more IMC and you should get your achievement.

Even though I have finished the Militia campaign it still does not give me IMC. I have been told that if I get into a game with someone that has not finished the Militia side it will automatically put us in that campaign. Looking for a solution if anyone comes up with something.

Is there a way to check progress? Since it switches you from team to team, I have no idea what I've played as which side anymore. I'm pretty sure I've played all the way through, but I've never stayed on the same side for more than 2-3 consecutive matches. It's bonkers.

I played more than 50 campaign matches and this one still didn't pop.
For some reason I keep playing the militia side on the maps i still need. Very frustrating because it is totally random

To get this achievement you must complete the IMC campaign levels.
If you have already done some levels and you don't know what missions you have done/left to do for either side you can check in the lobby by going to Personal stats > Levels, you will see the levels and on the top left of the image it will show 'Campaign' and small icons for each side, when you complete a level for a side that icon will light up, so just look for the campaign levels that don't have their IMC icon lit up and then search until you find a game with those levels.

This not a tactical guide but will assist in tracking your progress for the campaign mode.
The campaign consists of 9 sections:-

The Refuelling Raid

The Refuelling Raid is the first campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Hardpoint Domination, on the map Fracture.

The Colony

The Colony is the second campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Attrition, and the map is Colony.

The Odyssey

The Odyssey is the third campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Attrition, and the map is Relic.

Get Barker

Get Barker is the fourth campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Attrition, and the map is Angel City.

Assault on the Sentinel

Assault on the Sentinel is the fifth campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Attrition, and the map is Outpost 207.

Here Be Dragons

Here Be Dragons is the sixth campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Hardpoint Domination, and the map is Boneyard.

The Three Towers

The Three Towers is the seventh campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Attrition, and the map is Airbase.

The Battle of Demeter

The Battle of Demeter is the eighth campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Hardpoint Domination, and the map is Demeter.

Made Men

Made Men is the Ninth campaign mission in the story mode of Titanfall. The game mode is Hardpoint Domination, and the map is Corporate.

The progress can be tracked by accessing personal stats > levels. There will be an imc or militia logo in the top left hand corner. If you have a win on that level you will have a gold trophy type logo next to it.

Hope this helps.

The Campaign playlist consists of nine maps with either Attrition or Hardpoint Domination as the game mode. The maps cycle in a fixed order, and what makes this a campaign instead of just a mixed mode playlist is that there are a few cut scenes thrown in and you sometimes start with an AI Titan on your side. You will play as either IMC or Militia each time you start a map, and you have exactly zero control over which side you are placed on. A consequence of this is that it may take as little as 9 games to unlock this achievement, or over 100.

The playlist order is below:

  • The Refueling Raid (Hardpoint) on Fracture
  • The Colony (Attrition) on Colony
  • The Odyssey (Attrition) on Relic
  • Get Barker (Attrition) on Angel City
  • Assault on the Sentinel (Attrition) on Outpost 207
  • Here Be Dragons (Hardpoint) on Boneyard
  • The Three Towers (Attrition) on Airbase
  • The Battle of Demeter (Hardpoint) on Demeter
  • Made Men (Hardpoint) on Corporate

The tracking for this achievement can be challenging as it is mixed in with Hardpoint and Attrition tracking. If you stick with the Campaign playlist and avoid the Hardpoint and Attrition playlists until all of your campaign-related achievements are unlocked, then you can select Personal Stats -> Levels and the first column will indicate if you have played on a particular map in the appropriate game mode. Note that there are achievements for winning instead of just playing on each of these maps in the Campaign playlist, and tracking for that is clearly provided, so there is no particular need to track this achievement separately.

This achievement unlocks after you have played all nine maps as the IMC. Winning is not necessary for this achievement.

Boosting Method:
Campaign matches can be started with as few as four players, but they are very popular playlists as of April 2016, so if you are going to boost, you will need twelve players to lock random players out of the room. Use one of the Asian servers, form two parties of six, and search until you are placed in a lobby together. At that point, all twelve players will stick together and cycle through all of the maps in order, randomly switching sides.

Non-Boosting Method:
Jump in and play! This is the recommended approach for all of the campaign achievements. Roughly 75% of all the players in the game are in either the Attrition or Campaign playlists, so finding an active lobby is very easy, while boosting is very challenging as there are no servers where those two playlists are inactive. The longer you stay in one lobby with the same group, the more maps you will play on. If you are down to needing only one or two maps, pay attention to the order of the playlist as shown above. If the map you need is 7 games away, try switching to a different server to land at a different spot in the playlist order.
