You can see what maps you still need to play by going to Personal Stats -> Levels and looking for Zone 18.
I recommend playing through the IMC Rising-Variety Playlist normally until you have played on the maps you need.

Pretty straightforward, you must play all of the main game modes on Zone 18. This includes pilot hunter, CTF, Attrition, Hardpoint domination, and last tian standing, but NOT marked for death. This is most easily done in the IMC Rising variety playlist since it cycles through all the game modes. It can take a while to get all of the game modes on a certain map so be patient.
