To activate Multiball, you need to hit the Harpies targets 7-8 times. This has to be done within ONE ball, meaning if you lose/drain your ball, your progress resets.
The Harpies targets look like little vases/urns with a blinking yellow light on them. (Note that while certain table missions are active, such as the Cyclops mission, the urns may disappear or still be there but not have the blinking light...this means that hitting them does not count towards Harpies progress. If you are strictly aiming to earn this achievement, any time a mission is started that stops those lights from blinking, catch your ball and wait for the mission timer to run out before attempting to hit them again)
They appear in several places, but only one place at a time. When you hit one, another will pop up (usually somewhere else on the table but sometimes in the same place, this seems to happen a lot with the one located on the far right side).
When you first start a ball on the Titans table, the first Harpy target is always located just to the right of the center Manticore opening. It also happens to be the Skillshot target, if you can hit it within the first 10 seconds of the ball entering the table. After hitting it in that location, it starts to jump to other locations. Often, the first location it jumps to is the far right location (seems to go there about 90% of the time for me). Other possible locations include 2 in the upper right, near but not exactly in front of the orange and red ramp openings; 2 in the upper left, near the blue ramp opening and the cyclops (light blue) bumper; and the far left side, just below the green ramp opening. The far left and far right targets are the hardest to hit, requiring precise shots off the end of your flippers. (This is particularly tough if you're experiencing input lag)
Once you hit the Harpies targets enough times (it appears to be 8 times total, the message that pops up after hitting one appears to count down, so it always says how many more hits are required), Multiball starts automatically and the achievement pops.
