I got it with shirt #10 decal 2, elbow pads (left and right arm) #3 decal 2, shoes #11 decal 2, shoulder (left and right) #2 decal 2, hand (left and right) #9 decal 2, knee (left and right) #2 decal 2

I can confirm that shoulders are not needed. I used shirt and gloves

You need to use Shirt #10 (w/ Decal #2).
Not sure if you need Elbow/Knee pads etc but Shirt #10 is the key.
