I have had the following solution work 64 out of 64 times that I have tried it. Its how I got it originally and how I passed it to many others. The person with the Viral must currently be TNA Champion (whichever game type doesn't matter). Now chose that game type and have the player throw the match. Not only will you unlock Planet Jarrett but also Underdog Wins.
I am willing to help people get this... It takes about 5 wins to make me TNA Champion again which could also net you Jobber Nation if you don't already have it. Please not I am ranked in Submission game type, so if I pass these to you you must take 3-7 losses in this game type.
As of 1/10/12 I have been able to connect with several gamers in the UK and and a few else where (I'm in the US). Its no guarantee connection issues with overseas have been completely resolved but it seems more likely to connect now.
PS: I realize this is not the only way, but it is the only way I have seen work every time. This also seems to work 100% if you unlock World Wide Wrestler (25 wins) against someone with the viral.
To the best of my knowledge this can only be passed in a Ranked match even though the Achievement doesn't state so.

thanks to spectreon helping the uk gamers get this cheevo i now 100% the game,but i would just like to add a glitch i came across which this,
i found a copy in GAME for 2 quid so i brought it to boost the leaderboard cheevo(using my kinect xbox downstairs)i created a profile and used a 48hr code and beat it 70 times on a submission match,now when i popped this i played 4 games againist a viral holder
but when i played a profile no further than 4 ft away it didnt pop for the dummy account until game 37

Just to add a little more insight into this achievement, I obtained this today from someone who had it in the 6th match we had.
We did 5 matches in Submission match type in which I won so he could get the Jobber cheevo and it didn't pop. We then did 5 matches in the FCA (Falls Count Anywhere) match type in which I lost so I could get Jobber, and as soon as I lost the first match, I got the achievement.
My opponent was not of Champion status but had been previously in the FCA game type. And he mentioned that he thought he got the achievement in that same game mode. (FCA)
So, some things to try to get this quick and easy:
-Try doing a match in the same game type that the donor got it in.
-Try doing a match in each game type.
-Try just doing matches letting the donor rank up until it pops.

i got mine on a different type than i became champ, and even passed it to people in other types.
i really think the trick was to unlock it with an other achievement like jobber nation, return of the icon, cage was robbed, underdog .. really didnt matter.

I beat the story mode. Went online against a buddy. And i went jeff jarret as u unlock him for beatin story. I let my buddy beat me he earned the ceevo. We did a other match he went any1 i beat him an i got the ceevo.

That's cool. I'm definitely going to try this as I'm hosting a viral session later today. Definitely better than grinding my way to the top of the leaderboards again

this achievement seems to be glitched i got it on standard when my friend (dullestisland50) got it on submission and he was not champion he was at least 0-85 on standard
