Simple go to exhibition then Ultimate X turn on player 2 controller climb the turn buckle jump to the ropes unhook the X,

Definitely the easiest method. But for more info please add
Press B to climb ropes (in corner), then Press LB+B to Jump to overhead ropes. Move towards center with "X" and press B to initiate grabbing the "X" and press A once the green bar is centered. Repeat as needed about 10 times.
