Beat the smoking guy + his 5 minions (he only takes one hit once his minions are gone)
Note: They will start attacking when the fight starts due to priority order, so make sure to block,
Pay attention to blocking his smoke; and smashing the shields. You should have several extra health packs as well if you've picked up all the items so far (med kit at the camp, flower from the girl at the pool, bandaids in the desk drawer).
You will then get all the No Damage achievements as well, if you've not had anyone KO'd at this point.
The Man's best friend achievement in To Hell With The Ugly worth 85 pointsMake sure Noonoo doesn't lose his master.
The Loyal Partner achievement in To Hell With The Ugly worth 88 pointsTake care of your best friend.
