You can get this achievement when infiltrating Schutz's party. Go talk to the woman below the pool, on the foreground. A dialog will play and she will ask you three questions about your opinion of Schutz' mansion and the outside world. Basically criticize everything related to Schutz's and praise the outside world. She will reward your "honesty" with a flower (functionally a medkit).
