To the Moon and Beyond

Adding a text guide for those that prefer it to videos.

For this achievement, you must simply purchase 15 of the research cards in one game. These are the blue cards on the bottom row of the market board.

Start a new game on hard and buy only cheap (1 or 2 Nasa bucks) cards until you've got 10 purchased. Then you will need to move to round 2, trashing cards from the market per the game rules. Occasionally an event will pop that may force you to discard. Even so, you get credit for purchasing them, so no worries. Just buy 5 more in the second round and your achievement will pop.

I do not recommend going for this while attempting a win, as you will most likely spend too much money on the research cards, causing you to come up short for the win.
