As you begin level 16, you will be standing on a ledge. Jump down from this ledge and immediately move back to the left of your screen and up a hill. You will come up to a mine cart. Jump in this and press
to release the lever and the achievement will unlock.

At the beginning of Level 16, from your start point, drop off the ledge then walk left (instead of right). Follow the passage to the end and you will see a mine cart. Jump into it and the achievement will unlock.
