During the objective to kill the 3rd person in the game just after shooting the man by using the sniper rifle. Grab the grenades by the vantage point. Click in 
and aim at the basketball hoop near the target. Adjust the angle to make sure the grenade goes in. Press 
to ready the grenade and release to throw it. It may take a couple of tries but isn't too hard.

I'm not aware yet if you can replay the main story missions, but you can get back up to this area using a large building after entering a 3 digit code on the floor, it fires you half way across the map and you land in this area. :)
Solution is perfect though. After you complete the story kill just stay there and launch grenades across to the hoop. +1
