Select Mission 104 'Kite Games.' Go to the first objective and rouse the 'punks.' Make sure they are following you and make your way down the stairs towards the second objective. While on the stairs the punks should bunch up. Aim a little in front of yourself using 
as the grenade will go up into the air. Throw the grenade 
and hopefully, they will continue running down the stairs until they are right on top of the grenade when it blows. This may take a few tries but at most takes only a few minutes as you can quickly reload the mission from the pause menu.
