This trophy will pop after you use your 10th Medikit to heal yourself. Medikits are found in every level and they are mounted on the wall. In order to use one, you first have to be down on health, you can not use them if your health is full. Each Medikit has five kits in them and a single Medikit will replenish 1/5 of your heath so if your health is low, then you need four kits in order to restore full health.

Apart from being shot by guards, the easiest way to lose health is to fire a smoke grenade and simply run into a cloud of smoke.
